This way, your therapist can efficiently address muscle tension and improve your mobility without any clothing obstructions. Additionally, it's recommended to avoid wearing any jewellery or accessories and to ensure your clothing is clean and dry. This will help us in providing you with the most effective and professional service, ensuring you leave feeling relaxed and pain-free.
